This can’t be done in the current GUI.

The only solution I would have, is to execute a SQL statement via the Admin SQL Box.
On MySQL this would be “select tn from ticket where service_id is NULL;"

It would be perfect if this would be available in Search, Generic Agent and Notification (Event) for all fields, right?
