Hi all, I have searched the archive a bit looking for a solution, but, it looks like there hasnt been a post about this recently.
There has been, but it was well hidden under a pretty screenshot :)
I need a solution for the case where I have an existing ticket and an email comes in that _should_ be attached to the existing ticket, but, for whatever reason it is not (usually because the incoming email didnt have the ticket number -- or for some reason the email introduced a space between 2004 and the rest of the ticket number -ahhhh).
I want to take the new ticket (and ticket number) and attach it to the existing ticket as this is where it belongs... (A merge).
