[otrs] Incoming message filters...external commands.

Does anyone know of a way to send the system an external command via an e-mail body. I.e. I put in [CLOSE] and the system will automatically close the ticket and send out notifications? I thought that I could do it from the incoming message filters but haven't been able to get it to work.
