But if I click 'Lock' then 'Zoom', it works correctly. After locking I can click 'zoom' with no problems, wether the ticket is locked or not. Once I click 'Lock', it works. [...]
Create a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org/ with your OS and perl version info and i'll fix it. .-)
