[otrs] French caracters from active directory in OTRS

Hi list, I have integer active directory account with otrs. Or some account have french caracters (é, ç, ...) And in OTRS they are not correctly updated. I try to change charset parameter in Config.pm without results. As anyone have this problem and find a solution ?
