I had same problem but with emails coming from customer. Thank you for pointing me to the FAQ. The customer email creates an ticket, but there is no hint that the email did have a attachment, so I never see that there was an error with this mail. Only if I want to see the plain mail the message: Can't read plain article! Maybe there is no plain email in backend! Read Backend[..] appears. I think there should something like "The Attachment could not be attachet because ...", so that an Agent see that there was an attachment. If not and the customer does not write a note in the email body no one sees that there should be a attachment.
