Hi to all!

I got a major problem… I am updating Otrs 2.4 to 3.1

 

I rebuild the MySql database with the .pl scripts (2 time’s 2.4> 3.0 > 3.1)

 

But when I restore the 2.4 config file it gives me an error:

(by open a new ticket)

 

Core.Agent.CustomerSearch is undefined
