You're using MS-SQL 2008; this requires ODBC connection and is slower than running on MySQL or PostgreSQL. Can you please check this link: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5023#c8 And change the value of LongReadLen to a lower value. Does that affect performance? Did you install the Support Assessment module? This one is always a good point to start searching for possible enhancements.
