Hello Mario, this I don´t remember. The file we downloaded is named otrs-2.3.4-01.noarch.rpm but all “RedHat Linux/Fedora Core” download options point to a file with the same name. Giving a “kick”, I would say we downloaded the “OTRS 2.3.4 for Fedora Core 4,5,6,7,8,9 RPM” since it is the newer/closer option close to our distro and since it is a “noarch” rpm…
