Hi folks,

I've created an agent with limited permissions to a file (only "ro", "note" and "priority" have been granted).

When the agent is not Owner/Responsible of a ticket in that file, the possible actions on TicketZoom/TicketOverview screens correponds to the permissions granted (he cannot move the ticket to another file, change owner, close the ticket...).

My issue is that when a ticket from that file is assigned to this agent (Owner or Responsible), all the actions (previously unavalaible for him) become avalaible.

Being Ticket Owner/Responsible does it grant to a user "rw" on the ticket ?
