Line 206 of rcapche is the end; it reads "esac".
If I comment out the line in apache-httpd.include.conf that reads: "Perlrequire /opt/otrs/scripts/apache-perl-startup.pl" then Apache restarts just fine, and OTRS seems to run OK.
We never saw this with 1.0.1 or 1.0.2.
System is running SuSE 8.1 Professional on a Compaq 6400R.
The Perlrequire option wasn't used in OTRS 1.0. Charles reported the same error (http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2003-May/001623.html). PS: Perlrequire is a performance option -=> not required to use OTRS.
