[otrs] customer ticket view sort order, oldes at the top ?

hi all i've asked before and was unsuccessful in my attempts to get a resolution to my problem... so i'm giving it one more shot. is it possible to change the sort order of the customers "company tickets" so the oldest is that the top by default.
