[otrs] CustomerTicketSearch not registered in Kernel/Config.pm

      I periodically get these error messages in our system log...

Module Kernel::Modules::CustomerTicketSearch not registered in
Kernel/Config.pm!

...according to the apache2 access_log this error occurs when someone tries
to access this URL...

/otrs/public.pl?Action=CustomerTicketSearch&Subaction=OpenSearchDescription

Indeed, I can reproduce the error with this URL.

But how does this URL get created?  I can't figure out how I could start
from our public FAQ page to make the error occur.

Anyone know?
