Hi,

In <HOME_OTRS>/Kernel/Config.pm, you have to change the

$Self->{'DefaultLanguage'} = 'en';

with

$Self->{'DefaultLanguage'} = 'es';

The es.pm file is located on "/opt/otrs/Kernel/Language" and it's Spanish language translation file

As I can put the OTRS program in Spanish language, I searchedfor other options and preferences and can not find.
