mysql -u <username> -p
use otrs
select * from
group_user where user_id = 1 and group_id = 1;
Returns the
following:
Empty set (0.00
sec)
This happened after I renamed
the user groups in OTRS's admin interface...
Looking at the MySQL databases
shows the Admin group as ID 2... dh@syrex.cc is
however a member of this group (admin@syrex.cc seems to have been
removed)...
How do I manually change the
'Admin' group back to '1' and how do I add a user to a
group?
Running MySQL reports on the
tables however reports the following:
group_user:
user_id |
group_id |
permission_read |
permission_write |
create_time |
create_by |
