[otrs] new user cant get apache going

Hi Folks, just installed a new machine running SUSE 9.1 and did an install of ORTS rpms. When I try to initiate apache2 with the command /usr/sbin/httpd1-prework -f /etc/apaches2/httpd.conf I get the following error message invalid command "Perlrequire perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration" sorry but this is new to me so im not sure where to look for the problem. All I'm trying to do is start apache so I can configure OTRS. Thanks for all replies. PS I also tried rcapache restart and get bash: rcapache: command not found TT
