      Please disregard.  I was using rpm -ivh instead of rpm -Uvh.  It has
installed correctly and is now working.

When I try to run the rpm, it says :

install of otrs-2.3.3-01.i386 conflicts with file from package
otrs-2.2.7-01.i386

Any help would be appreciated.
