Dear list,

 

is it possible to set more than one fixed signature for one queue?

I want to set an English and German signature for the same queue and the agent should be able to choose between them like the mail templates.

 

I found a few old otterhub entries for version 3.0 but I think that there isn’t any solution in version 6?
