I don't think OTRS speaks anything but POP (which makes sense when you think about it), so if you cannot open POP on your exchange server for any number or reasons you could have it forward OTRS mail off to some other system that you could run POP on. On May 8, 2006, at 7:43 AM, Miller, Tim wrote:
