I already setup overview refresh time into 2 minutes, but still dashboard doesn’t autorefresh

I try with chrome and internet explorer

 

Is in your otrs it works?

index.pl?Action=AgentPreferences (or click on your agent name in the righ top corner and set "Overview Refresh Time" .
