[otrs] [1.2] queue based on content filtering

Hi, it's possible to assign messages to queues using a content filetring system? For example, if the subject contains the word "fly" assign to queue "plane problems". Otherwise, where and how can I modify the scripts to do that? Thank's a lot Romano trampus University of Trieste
