[otrs] Reporting

I'm running OTRS 2.0.4 on a FreeBSD box. Things are working basically fine except I had thought there were supposed to be reports available. Am I just missing something? I don't see any options to generate reports of any sort. Or to graph statistics? I don't see any options for that either. -Jason
