Hi Alexander,
Thanks for the answer. However, that page does not make any real mention of
how to comply with the licensing terms when you make changes. There seems to
be some wording in the AGPL license that one must not alter any download
links. However, as far as I can tell:
a) public facing OTRS web pages have no download links on them. Do we
need to add one to it?
b) This isn’t really clear when interacting through OTRS via SOAP/Web
services… Do we need to on the client side also make mention of OTRS and
provide a download link as required?
I just want to abide by the OTRS licensing terms, and was hoping you would
be able to help since it is your project.
Thanks, all help is appreciated.
Regards,
Lalitha.

But, the post suggests a few code changes in the otrs core files like ticket.pm http://ticket.pm and article.pm http://article.pm etc. I want to know what is the licensing terms regarding any code changes.
I went thru the AGPL license text and didnt understand much clearly. I also searched the otrs forums and mailing list and cudnt find anything related to licensing.
