[otrs] Problem with Farsi Ticket in SQL Database

Hello dear I had changed my database from MYSQL to SQL Server 2000 In Otrs 2.4.5. When I am viewing a new Submitted ticket with Persian text body and subjects I can't see the true character that anybody had typed With Persian Language in Ticket Body. My default char set is set to UTF-8 and data in article table in database is in correct face Please Guide Me that How Can i change any Setting (like YUI Javasctipt Setting ) to Solve The Problem
