Hello all, I use OTRS version 2.4.7-01 on OpenSuse 11.3 with apache apache2-2.2.15-3.7 and apache2-mod_perl-2.0.4-45.1. I have some questions.... 1) Is possible to make a custom answer without quoting the text of the previous request? Automatically the previous message was quoted when i use a custom answer... and seems there is no way to toggle this from the admin options... i am wrong? 2) Is possible to send a mail to the customer, when him changes his password from his preferences? 3) OTRS can take automatically customers data from an external MYSQL database?
