I have activated the new feature of OTRS v2.1 "watched ticket". Thus, I get the additional display of currently 0 watched tickets. But how can I sign a ticket to be watched? You need to "subscribe" to it. When you zoom into a ticket you see the "subscribe" link. Regards, Marc
Am I blind - I see the "Responsible" link, but no "subscribe" link.
Strange; I don't have a "Responsable" link.
You have to enable this new feature: Ticket::Responsible
I have these links in the zoom view: Back - Lock - History - Print - Priority - Free Fields - Link - Owner - Customer - Note - Merge - Pending - Subscribe - Close
"Subscribe" was automatically added after enabling the ticket watch feature.

I now have the solution, under Sysconfig -> Ticket::Frontend::MenuModule###448-Watch there is set: Module = Kernel::Output::HTML::TicketMenuTicketWatcher Name = Watch
I had to add Action = AgentTicketWatcher After that, subscribe/unsubscribe is displayed within ticket-zoom?
This seams to only be necessary in my installation - but it's a default 2.1-beta2 installation?
Still not solved!
Why is watched tickets displayed two times (see screenshot)?
Solved: The reason is that $Self->{'Frontend::ImagePath'} points to otrs-v2.0.4-imagepath which does not include the new watcher.png.
Is this a bug?
