Hi Jesus, You can define the order of the dynamic fields in the Admin panel in the Dynamic Field section, the order there is the default order they should appear in all the screens. AgentTicketPhone.tt already have commented code to customize the order of the dynamic fields. The advantage of the package is that if you update to a new (minor) version of OTRS you can reinstall the package without loosing your changes. A better approach might be to use the Process Management functionality to create a process with the desired initial form.
