I can add a user in my otrs by using the Admin:User adder. But when i changes the root@lovalhost admin user with a new one, i couldn't login when i try to use the new admin username & password. I've repeated this several times now, but i think its not a typographical error.
I tried this. It's working for me. Login as root@localhost -> Admin::UserUpdate -> replace Login (root@localhost) with "root" and replace new password. Tried to login again, with user "root" and new password and it works fine. Mabe it was a typo.
