This will not work. Normally you want not to change the Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm for each ticket! -=> So create a delete queue and move all "delete"-ticket into this queue. Add the following job to Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm [...] 'delete' => { Queue => 'delete', States => ['new', 'open'], Locks => ['unlock'], New => { Delete => 1, }, }, [...] Then the GenericAgent.pl will delete the ticket.
