Hi,
I've faced this problem before. But I could not solve that and changed configuration of my mail server to support POP3 and POP3S. So I think it's a possibly some kind of bug in OTRS. I'm using OTRS 2.4.5 on FreeBSD 8.0 sparc64.

I’ve installed OTRS on FreeBSD 7.2 amd64. I can receive email manually if i directly access the mail server using the following command:
openssl s_client -connect pop3s_mail_server:995
How can I receive email on OTRS using POP3S. Kindly advice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
