Hi! Seems to be a bug in the 1.2.8 FAQ package. We installed the 1.2.8 on our test system and it seems the permissions are not set for a category. Quick check: add a category with permissions, reload as if you wanted to change something - the permissions are gon. Try the FAQ 1.2.5 (last I know that was flawless) or wait a couple of days.
