All our attachments from Outlook to OTRS come in as an IPM.Microsoft Mail.Note

Any ideas why.

 

I'm sure this wasn't the case when we were testing.

 

We are using OTRS 1.2.3 and Outlook 2002 and POP3 and SMTP on Exchange 5.5.
