
The adresses are the customer adresses. If you need to add new adresses,
just add some customer in your customer backend.

Hi ,
When creating a new ticket , there is an AddressBook link which pops up another window for searching for email addresses etc. Where does OTRS store these addresses? I need to add a few non OTRS emails to this Address Book , for when agents need to correspond to people other than on OTRS.
I searched the mailing list but could find any reference.
