Hello
We have
started to use the responsibility features, however I done seem to be able to
activate the icon in the upper part of the user interface which allows you to
view all tickets for which you are responsible.
Can
anyone tell me where to activate this in the sysconfig please?
If it is
any help none of the other icons appear either – watched tickets, new
message and locked tickets.
I assumed
it would be one of these, but no joy
