Well the present URL is in the form of http://name/otrs/customer.pl , but we
really want to make it shorter for the users to access it without all the hassle
of forgetting one part of the URL, so we want to see if there is a way we can
shorten it up, to like techhelp.com
or something in those lines. And if you could use lame mans term, due to being

Dear folks,
1) For a long time I have been looking for a way to send one of the
predefined responses to -for example- send the same response to a
group of selected tickets. I've never found the way. Is this possible?
2) The same for the new Ticket-Email operation: is it possible to use
a predefined response when creating a new email-ticket ? It would be
great having the list of responses like we have them when answering to
an already extisting article.
