I have two queues
with 3 users assigned each, i can assign a ticket to a queue, but when i tried
to assign a Owner, i only can view the users with RW access.
I tried using
ChangeOwnerToEveryone, but its really complex to manage this because some
tickets could lost into the system, if the user who receive the ticket doesn´t
have access to the queue.
