[otrs] OTRS Win32 & MySQL problem's table (REPOST)

I'm using the last version of OTRS 2.0.4 for win32. All is working fine but i'm receivng this error in the event log Source:MySQL , Event ID:100 D:\OTRS\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt.exe: Can't find file: 'article_attachment.MYI' (errno: 2)" 2 files are in the OTRS directory, one is .MYI extension and the other is .FRM I'm trying to repair (repair table article_attachment) but it's impossible to do it. Does anybody have a suggestion to resolve this issue ? Regards Antoine
