
Marc, I have created a rule in Generic Agent which deletes the calls in a certain queue. Just set Delete Tickets to yes for a certain queue and do not forget to disable it after use. For security I have set this up for a special Recycle Bin queue into which I move all the mails with the Bulk feature.
