
You must be the only one with a ticket system but no tickets ;-)
I have more than 50.000 tickets, maybe even the double... but I am running a vacation house rental and each ticket is a request and after the customer has rent the house or the rental period is in the past, the ticket is OLD and I don't use it anymore. So, I could run BOTH systems for 1 month and then gradually step to the new one. I rarely have to check for old tickets... thanks, marc
