Hi, thanks Frans for that hint - that's sure a "workaroud" to handle the situation. Better then nothing! I share Romans point of view that (for the future) another solution to clearly handle these things. As I told I work with time accounting V.1.2.1 and with OTRS V. 2.3.2. There is a update for the time occounting module V.1.3.1, but OTRS 2.3.4 is needed, so some work to get the latest version running. Maybe the latest version solves this problem?! Regards, Ivan
