don't forget to give otrs-manager (www.tokaware.com) a chance.It produce a stat like this by default

Actually, there is a German law that makes it illegal to track
performance of your employees! At least not on a per-agent basis. That
is why you can not select an agent (by default) in the Stats module.
If you don't have laws like that in France, feel free to set
Stats::UseAgentElementInStats in Sysconfig and create your report.
