i have tried rpc-example.pl and its creating cases,but im looking for is similar thing in classic asp,is this suppported and if yes please provide an example.

you can use SOAP to create tickets from other applications/scripst/programs.
Search in the Sysconfig for "soap" and also have a look at scrips/rpc-example.pl
