Hi Fausto<br><br>I&#39;m afraid you won&#39;t be able to install OTRS using cpanel :( I&#39;ve tried that before without success, there are some task that you should definitely do as a priviledged user such as add users, groups, setup custom perl modules and change things in apache<br>
