Hi Fausto
I'm afraid you won't be able to install OTRS using cpanel :( I've tried that before without success, there are some task that you should definitely do as a priviledged user such as add users, groups, setup custom perl modules and change things in apache

Hi, i'm trying to install otrs on a centos 5.4 machine which has
cpanel. I've tried with the rpm file, but it doesn't install becuase
it miss dependencies (some aren't in the rep and it cannot find them).
So i've started to install it using the sources, but it's even worst.
I've followed the manual, but i'm stuck at the 3.2.3. chapter
(Configuring the apache web server). How should i configure apache as
i've cpanel? (and i'd like that it keep the config, and not reset them
at the upgrades)
Do you have any howto for otrs+cpanel? with google i haven't found
nothing
Thank you
