[otrs] Freature request

Hi guys, I just realised OTRS won't allow me to add two clients with the same e-mail address. One of our clients is an IT solutions company that outsorces their support to us. I would make sense to me to have their support manager's e-mail address for all their clients. Just thought I'd mention it.
