Hello All,<br>&nbsp; Another confusing situation which caused headaches. Why by obtaining the lock, I automatically become the owner?<br>&nbsp; Shouldn&#39;t anyone, or at least the responsible person for the ticket, able to obtain the lock on a ticket?
