Check if you have installed the required Perl modules for SSL connections: http://doc.otrs.org/3.3/en/html/manual-installation-of-otrs.html#installatio... Without the necessary modules, it will not possible to open SSL connections, i.e. only plain IMAP/POP. Regards Sander
