Yes, I have retrieved the messages via a proxy server, there are is one setting you need to change.

From the admin sysconfig select Core::Package::Proxy this has the default value of http://proxy.sn.no:8001/ and is not active.

Activate the setting and enter you proxy server details, if you need a user name and password use the details below

http://username:password@proxyserver.net:port/
