Why 2.4.1 and not 2.4.2? The message works for me in 2.4.2 clean install, not an upgrade
I upgraded to 2.4.2 - but the red "New message!" alert (according to last screenshot at http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x1769.html) - is still missed. I know there is already 2.4.3 out there - but I cannot find a hint in the release notes for solving such problems... Any hints or maybe pointers for source code digging are appreciated! Are there any prerequisites for this feature in configuration settings?
