Hi, I am a new used to OTRS. I have installed OTRS 5 on CentOS 6.9 using Postgres The system frequently throws the error 500 Internal Server Error and when the page is reloaded it works. The error_log for Apache shows, [error] install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't locate DBD/mysql.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/otrs/Custom /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otrs/ /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 . /etc/httpd) at (eval 146) line 3.\nPerhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully installed,\nor perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.\nAvailable drivers: DBM, ExampleP, File, Gofer, Pg, Proxy, SQLite, Sponge.\n at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/DB.pm line 203\n What is the course of this error and how to fix it ? How this relates to MySql ? Please assist me on this matter. The data is stored correctly, but displayed wrongly, if the mail has an encoding other than ASCII or UTF-8. Upgraded from 5.0.23 (Fedora 26) to 6.0.1 yesterday. We noticed an issue regarding the display of German/French characters in OTRS.

We sent a test mail this morning from Outlook 2013 to OTRS 6.0.1 with the mail body “äöüàéè”. In OTRS this arrives as “������”.

In the Outlook preview these characters look fine but in OTRS the characters are displayed as diamonds with a question mark.

The unformatted view of the mail contents shows the following:

--_000_VI1PR1001MB116856A5418CE03A69787CEBDE200VI1PR1001MB1168_ Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Any idea what we can do to resolve this problem?
