You can store more infos to the ticket/article (e. g. "ImportantCustomer: Yes" or "Contract: Gold"). Info is shown in the Queue/Zoom-View (if free text exists). How! E. g. with email x-headers (using procmail). This is an example email for demo (pipe it through bin/PostMaster.pl): <snip> From: some@host.org To: some2@host.org Subject: Test msg X-OTRS-TicketKey1: animal X-OTRS-TicketValue1: dog X-OTRS-ArticleKey1: sport X-OTRS-ArticleValue1: football Blah blah TicketKey1 && TicketValue1 </snip> Use procmail to add or modify this x-headers.
